The Dragon Race is organised by GlobalSport, with the official support of the entities identified in the event's materials and Regulations.
2. Purpose of the website
This website is essentially informational in nature and is intended to provide information about the Dragon Race, including, among other content, the date, venue, courses, programme, regulations, partners, useful information, results, audiovisual content and ways to get in touch.
No purchase or sale contracts are concluded on this website, no payments are processed, and no registrations, products or services are sold directly.
When the user clicks a registration button, they may be redirected to a separate GlobalSport platform for processing the registration. Use of that platform is subject to its own terms, privacy policy, registration conditions and the event Regulations.
3. Event information
GlobalSport seeks to ensure that the information published is accurate and up to date.
The nature of a sports event may, however, require operational changes, in particular to schedules, courses, access routes, the race secretariat, safety, aid stations or other elements. Relevant updates will be communicated through the official channels whenever appropriate.
In matters of participation, sporting rules, eligibility, safety, registrations, cancellation of the event or other specific conditions, the official Regulations of the applicable edition prevail, without prejudice to mandatory legislation.
